This internal investment intelligence platform was built to replace fragmented spreadsheets, documents, and notes used to manage investor relationships and fundraising activity. The system centralizes investor profiles, roadshows, meetings, and interaction history in a structured database, giving teams a reliable source of truth across all investment-related operations. The platform supports importing investor data from Excel, organizing investors by category, sector, and status, and tracking roadshows, meetings, and notes over time. Advanced search and filtering enable teams to quickly surface relevant investors, historical interactions, and activity context. Reporting and export features allow teams to generate structured PDFs and analytical reports for internal reviews, fundraising updates, and stakeholder communication. Built-in analytics provide visibility into investor engagement, outreach activity, and pipeline composition. This project demonstrates Nooda’s ability to design robust internal systems focused on data integrity, operational workflows, and decision support, tailored for teams that require clarity, structure, and speed.
